Corporate Environmental Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a Coporate Environmental Lead to join our team, ensuring compliance and sustainability across multiple sites in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state environmental regulations, including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA, NPDES, and Tier II Toxic Release Inventory.
  • Conduct environmental audits, manage hazardous materials, and lead recycling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and lead training programs for staff.
  • Utilize sample collection techniques and interpret laboratory data.
  • Manage environmental management systems and apply strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences of related field, with 10+ years of industrial experience.
  • Proficiency with ISO 14001, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and environmental data analysis tool.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% between sites.

Safety:

  • Ensure personal compliance with safety policies and rules, including PPE requirements.
  • Report any issues not immediately resolvable to the appropriate manager.
  • Make recommendations regarding procedures, processes, or tools that improve safety and support a safe work environment.
