Salary: $100Kâ$126K + bonus eligibility

Role Overview â Corporate Environmental Engineer
Join a company where EHSS is the top priority and where environmental leadership directly shapes operational success. In this role, you support all manufacturing sites and the Corporate EHSS team by ensuring environmental compliance, preparing for regulatory changes, guiding permitting activities, building strong site relationships, and strengthening environmental management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive environmental compliance across all sites and support Corporate Environmental Manager
- Strengthen Environmental Management Systems; coach, train, and share best practices
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure local implementation
- Lead reporting, performance tracking, environmental projects, and governance activities
- Support permitting, government communication, and enterprise-wide compliance tools
- Conduct assessments, analyze environmental risks/metrics, and influence cultural growth
Required Background
- BS degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in process manufacturing with leadership in environmental programs
- Strong experience in air permitting (including Title V), RCRA, CERCLA, EPCRA
- Proven change-management and compliance improvement success
- Familiarity with Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Gemba) and digital environmental platforms (Gensuite, SAP)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills; ability to travel up to 50%
