Job Description

We are hiring for Core Banking Architect - Current Accounts (Enterprise Architect)

Location: Hybrid - Knutsford OR Northampton

• Lead the design and technical architecture for various current account journeys, including new account origination, account switching, payments, and loans.
• Be responsible for ensuring these solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and compliant with all regulatory standards.
• Own the architectural delivery for core banking programs, providing technical guidance and defining integration strategies.
• Leverage your broad knowledge of the core banking landscape, payment schemes, and modern architectural paradigms (cloud, APIs, DevOps, security) to inform your designs and recommendation
• Utilize your experience with workforce planning tools, reporting platforms (e.g., Jira, Tableau, Confluence), and project delivery best practices to ensure successful and timely execution of architectural programs.
