About the position

This entry level position is responsible for supporting the Fleet with compliance and registration needs. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you'll be doing

  • Supports Fleet for all Title and Registration
  • Will be responsible for plate replacements and other fleet compliance tasks
  • Will work with vendors and state DMVs in support of local fleets
  • Special projects such as CARB initiatives, new asset registrations, and local state weight permits
  • Regularly interacts with the leadership team to initiate and implement projects that improve efficiency.
  • Regularly interacts with management and other team members.
  • Other duties as assigned



What the Job Requires

To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.

  • Experience with the registration and title process
  • Experience with local DMVs
  • 2+ years of experience in fleet maintenance or similar field.
  • Ability to effectively manage varying workload requirements; can shift gears comfortably to manage competing demands, delays or unexpected events.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and oral.
