Shift: Night Shift | Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule
Pay: $32-38/hr

Required Skills

• Industrial electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Troubleshooting PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell )
• Experience with VFDs, motors, servo systems, and automated equipment
• Preventive maintenance and electrical troubleshooting of production machinery

Position Summary

We're seeking a Maintenance Electrician to maintain and troubleshoot high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment. This role focuses on electrical repairs, preventive maintenance, and minimizing equipment downtime while supporting safe and efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and automated equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose issues with PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, motors, and electrical controls.
• Complete maintenance documentation and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO, Arc Flash, and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, and 480VAC systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to work a rotating 12-hour night shift.
