    • Partner with OEM teams to troubleshoot emissions issues and deliver certification-ready systems.

  3. Testing & Validation:

    • Plan and execute engine/vehicle testing (dyno, on-road, environmental) to validate calibration strategies, ensuring alignment with OEM timelines and deliverables.

    • Analyze test data and refine control logic for robustness across diverse OEM applications.

  4. OEM Collaboration & System Integration:

    • Work closely with OEM engineering teams to integrate controls for engines, hybrid systems, and aftertreatment hardware.

    • Translate OEM requirements into actionable calibration and validation plans.

  5. Regulatory Expertise:

    • Maintain fluency in global emissions/OBD regulations (LEV, WLTP, RDE) and OEM-specific implementation standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience:

    • 7+ years in controls/calibration engineering, with focus on ICE, hybrid systems, or heavy-duty engines.

    • Hands-on experience working directly with OEMs on calibration, emissions certification, or OBD projects.

    • Track record in emissions compliance (EPA, Euro, China 6) and OBD-II/III development for OEM applications.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency with OEM-standard tools (ETAS INCA, Vector CANape, ATI Vision) and protocols (CAN/LIN, UDS).

    • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for model-based calibration and rapid prototyping.

    • Strong knowledge of OEM calibration processes, combustion dynamics, and aftertreatment systems (SCR, DPF).

  • Soft Skills:

    • Ability to navigate OEM project workflows, deadlines, and technical documentation standards.

    • Collaborative mindset with experience presenting technical updates to OEM stakeholders.

Why Join Us?

  • Strategic Partnerships: Work directly with leading OEMs to shape next- propulsion technologies.

  • Certification Impact: Play a pivotal role in delivering OEM-compliant systems for global markets.

  • Culture: Join a team trusted by OEMs for precision, innovation, and adherence to rigorous quality standards.
