Control Supervisor – Installation & Commissioning

We are currently seeking an experienced Control Supervisor to support a major industrial installation and commissioning project in South Texas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a controls professional with a strong background in commissioning, instrumentation, and automation systems who enjoys being hands-on in the field and leading site teams through critical project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise controls and instrumentation installation activities
• Coordinate commissioning and start-up activities
• Manage and support site technicians and subcontractors
• Oversee loop checks, functional testing, and system verification
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to project specifications
• Support punch list resolution and project handover

Requirements:

•  Proven experience in a Control Supervisor or similar role
•  Strong background in industrial commissioning and start-up projects
•  Experience with PLC, DCS, and instrumentation systems
•  Ability to lead field teams and coordinate site activities
•  Valid TWIC Card and DISA compliance preferred

Project Details:

• Long-term resident position
• 8–10 hour days
• 5–6 day working week
• Excellent opportunity to support a major industrial project through commissioning and handover
