Control Supervisor – Installation & Commissioning

We are currently seeking an experienced Control Supervisor to support a major industrial installation and commissioning project in South Texas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a controls professional with a strong background in commissioning, instrumentation, and automation systems who enjoys being hands-on in the field and leading site teams through critical project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise controls and instrumentation installation activities
- Coordinate commissioning and start-up activities
- Manage and support site technicians and subcontractors
- Oversee loop checks, functional testing, and system verification
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to project specifications
- Support punch list resolution and project handover
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Control Supervisor or similar role
- Strong background in industrial commissioning and start-up projects
- Experience with PLC, DCS, and instrumentation systems
- Ability to lead field teams and coordinate site activities
- Valid TWIC Card and DISA compliance preferred
Project Details:
- Long-term resident position
- 8–10 hour days
- 5–6 day working week
- Excellent opportunity to support a major industrial project through commissioning and handover
