Sewell Wallis is recruiting for an amazing and unique opportunity for a strong people manager to join a well established and growing team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire! \n\nThis organisation has a rich history and would be a great role for someone looking for longevity and stability!\n\nWhat will you be doing?\n\nPeople management, training and development\nOwnership of control reconciliations - bank recs, supplier statements & intercompany\nOversee recharge process\nManage invoicing and payment process to clear-down intragroup balances (in conjunction with the Treasury team).\nManage ad-hoc sales invoices and credit control.\nManaging policy enforcement and adherence\nSecond line review of accounting accuracy for payable postings - Direct invoices, PO invoices and Expenses.\nStakeholder management - up to and including exec level management.\nManaging prepayments\nManaging FX postingsWhat skills will you need?\n\nPrevious people management experience (essential) \nPrevious experience in a similar role\nPrevious stakeholder communication experience\nExcel user (V lookups, Pivots)\nFinancial services industry experience (beneficial)\nExperience within a control or finance functionWhat's on offer? \n\n£40,000 - 45,000 salary\nHybrid working\nCentral location\nGreat organisation with ample growth/development opportunityApply below, or for more information, contact Hannah\n\nTo apply please send your CV, quoting our reference and specifying which website you saw this position advertised on.
