About the Opportunity
A fast-growing, well-funded startup in the beverage manufacturing space is building a modern, high-speed production facility and scaling rapidly. This is a ground-floor opportunity to play a key role in shaping automation systems and production efficiency in a high-impact environment.
This is not a maintenance role — you will be directly involved in building, optimizing, and improving operations.
What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot and optimize Allen-Bradley PLC systems (Rockwell, RSLogix, FactoryTalk)
- Work hands-on with automation, electrical systems, and production equipment
- Program and tune Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Diagnose issues quickly to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
- Partner with operations teams to resolve real-time plant floor challenges
- Support preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley / RSLogix
- Knowledge of industrial networks (Ethernet, DeviceNet, RS485)
- Solid understanding of electrical controls and 3-phase systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $105K – $125K
