Controls Engineer – LabVIEW
Location: Waukesha, WI
Travel: Only 5% (Mainly regional)
Compensation: $95k - $125k

What You'll Do:
- Design and program automated test systems using LabVIEW
- Integrate sensors, I/O, vision systems, and safety controls into robust test equipment
- Troubleshoot, debug, and support installations both in-house and at customer sites
- Own full project cycles from design to deployment
- Collaborate with engineering teams and communicate directly with customers
- Write structured, modular, and version-controlled code
What They're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in automated manufacturing or test equipment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience
- Three (3) years' of LabVIEW programming experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics, and mechanical systems
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to solve complex problems and thrive under tight deadlines
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid driver's license
