  • Programming & Configuration: Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and advanced robotics/automation equipment.
  • Optimization: Continuously refine control algorithms and system performance to maximize reliability, safety, and production efficiency.
  • Diagnostics: Act as the subject matter expert for diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to controls and instrumentation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Upgrade and adapt existing legacy systems to meet evolving production requirements and Industry 4.0 standards.
  • Mentorship: Maintain accurate system documentation and provide technical support to ensure knowledge transfer across the engineering and maintenance teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience: 5–7+ years of hands-on experience designing, installing, and maintaining industrial control systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Mastery of PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming. High proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and industrial networking protocols.
  • Logic Proficiencies: Advanced knowledge of ladder logic, structured text, and HMI development.

  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as CAP (Certified Automation Professional) or PMP are highly desirable.

WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT

  • Employee Ownership (ESOP): You aren’t just an employee; you are a shareholder. This company features a values-driven culture where you directly benefit from the company's success.
