About this role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Controls Engineer with strong SCADA and Mitsubishi PLC programming skills to support an exciting international project. The role will involve completing offline development work in the UK before travelling to Thailand for a 2–3 week on-site commissioning phase. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a technically challenging project with global exposure.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and modify Mitsubishi PLC programs to meet project requirements.
* Configure and integrate SCADA systems for process monitoring and control.
* Conduct offline testing, simulation, and fault finding in the UK prior to deployment.
* Support on-site commissioning and troubleshooting activities in Thailand.
* Collaborate with design, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Provide documentation and technical support throughout all project stages.
Experience Required:
* Proven experience in Mitsubishi PLC programming.
* Hands-on experience with SCADA system design, configuration, and commissioning.
* Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, and communication protocols.
* Ability to work independently and travel internationally for short project assignments.
* Previous on-site commissioning experience .
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
