Job DescriptionJob Description
Controls Engineer with a passion for industrial automation and continuous learning. In this role, you will design, program, troubleshoot, and commission industrial control systems for a variety of manufacturing environments while supporting innovative automation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, troubleshoot, and optimize electrical control systems and circuits.
- Develop and test PLC, HMI, and robotics programming.
- Lead system startup and commissioning at customer sites.
- Work directly with customers to ensure systems meet technical and operational requirements.
- Manage multiple projects to meet timelines and budgets.
- Provide technical support and maintain accurate project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and industrial control systems; Rockwell and Fanuc experience .
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, EPlan, or similar electrical design software.
- Understanding of NEC, ANSI, and UL electrical standards and industrial safety circuits.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 2+ years of related controls engineering experience .
