Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and optimize control systems for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and controls, along with a passion for programming and system integration. This role is essential for improving operational efficiency and ensuring the reliability of our control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement control systems for various industrial processes
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions
• Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with specifications
• Optimize existing control systems for improved performance and reliability
• Provide technical support and training to operational staff
• Document all control system designs and modifications for future reference

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in controls engineering and automation
• Strong programming skills in PLC and HMI environments
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and their implementation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
