• Role Purpose: The Controls Engineer is responsible for designing, programming, and commissioning automation machines.

• Electrical Design: Develops and designs control systems, including schematics and electrical layouts.

• Programming: Writes and integrates PLC, HMI, robot, and servo programs for automated machinery.

• System Integration: Combines electrical, mechanical, and software components to ensure complete automation functionality.

• Technical Support: Troubleshoots and resolves issues during machine testing, customer runoffs, startups, and service trips.

• Core Competencies: Demonstrates expertise in control systems, industrial networks, and AutoCAD, with proficiency in multiple automation software platforms.

• Professional Skills: Applies critical thinking, communication, planning, and teamwork to deliver high-performing, safe, and compliant machines.
