Controls Engineer – 1st Shift
Location: Bowling Green, KY
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (overtime/weekends may be required)
 

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of automation projects including collaborative robots, AMRs, and vision systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues
• Support daily production with a focus on safety, quality, and uptime
• Develop SOPs and maintain technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and controls standards
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams
• Supervise skilled trades personnel when needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Controls Engineering role
• Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Rockwell and Siemens )
• Experience with robotics integration (Fanuc CRX required)
• Hands-on vision system implementation experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Robotics
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior manufacturing experience
• Vision Systems
