Talento Search Group has an opening for a Controls Engineer in Bluffton, IN.  This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is $65,000-95,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Program, design and troubleshoot PLC's from scratch (AB and Siemens)
• Maintain HMI/SCADA interfaces for production equipment
• Create and maintain electrical schematics
• Ensure compliance with NEC
• Support new automation integration into plant operations
• Test and design electrical control systems using AutoCAD or Inventor

Experience Needed:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is
• Strong background in automated systems, robotics and stamping is
• Experience designing, documenting, and testing control systems
• Experience in AutoCAD, Rockwell Automation, Ladder Logic, HMI, and NEC Codes
