Required Skills
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as Controls Engineer within a manufacturing environment; strongly prefer automotive industry.
- Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens).
- Experience with HMI/SCADA development and configuration.
- Strong understanding of control system architecture and networking.
- Knowledge of servo systems, VFDs, and other motion control technologies.
- Ability to design and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
- Familiarity with safety systems and compliance with industry safety standards.
- Proficient in the use of CAD software for control system design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
- Experience with data acquisition and analysis for process optimization.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest industry advancements.
Required Experience

- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.

- History of successful project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Prior involvement in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and ensuring compliance in engineering practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Active participation in professional organizations or continuous education programs.
- Experience with international standards and working with global teams is a plus.
