Controls Engineer

Design, program, and commission industrial control systems across various industries. This role offers a chance to work on innovative projects and integrate emerging technologies into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and troubleshoot electrical control circuits, ensuring optimal system performance.

  • Develop and test software for PLCs, HMIs, and other automation platforms.

  • Lead on-site system commissioning, ensuring smooth installation and operation.

  • Collaborate with clients to meet all technical specifications and system requirements.

  • Oversee multiple projects, maintaining timelines and budget targets.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and support.

  • Provide technical service and support to customers as needed.

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial automation systems.

  • Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, EPlan, or equivalent.

  • Solid understanding of NEC, ANSI, and UL electrical standards.

  • Knowledge of industrial safety circuit design and best practices.

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to learn and grow technically.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience .

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.

85% Remote and 15% local travel, no overnights
