Job Description

Murray McIntosh are searching for a Senior Controls & Calibration Engineer to start work for a key client of ours on a contract basis as detailed below: \n \n Candidates should have a track record of calibrating internal combustion engines and aftertreatment systems.\n \n Responsibilities:\n\nCalibration of aftertreatment control parameters\nPlanning and calibration of engine pollutant , DPF accumulation, regeneration, burn rate models and validation in test bed/machine environments\nTemperature and pressure models calibration and validation.\nCalibration of functional diagnostics for NCD and PCD, temperatures/pressures etc.\nClimatic trips, experience on calibration validation exercises at machine/vehicle level.\nSCR efficiency monitoring calibrations.\nCalibration design and validation using simulation tools (Simulink )\nCalibration database management\nWrite development plans and reports\nUnderstanding of emissions measurement equipment is desired
