Long-term career prospects with a supportive employer who invests in employee developmentThe RoleAs a Controls & Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for:Maintaining, fault finding and troubleshooting a range of control and instrumentation systems.Supporting plant reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.Diagnosing equipment faults and implementing effective corrective actions to minimise downtime.Supporting automation, PLC and process control improvement projects.Ensuring all engineering activities comply with site safety, quality and operational standards.Supporting engineering projects, installations and system upgrades as required.Working closely with production and maintenance teams to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and reliability.Contributing towards the ongoing development and optimisation of control systems across the facility.About YouWe're keen to speak with engineers who have:Experience within a Controls & Instrumentation, Electrical, Automation or Process Control environment.Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities.Knowledge of PLCs, instrumentation, control systems and industrial processes.A proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement activities.Relevant electrical qualifications or a desire to continue developing professionally.Interested?If you're looking for a position where you can utilise your technical expertise, develop your skills further, and work for a business that genuinely values its engineering team, I'd love to hear from you.??
