Are you a passionate Engineer with a specialism in Automation and Controls looking for a new challenge in an exceptional company? if the answer is yes, I can help….
I am working with an exceptional business who currently are looking to expand their technical team by bringing in an experienced Controls and Automation engineer
What you will be doing:
- \n
- Designing and commissioning of software and associated hardware on new equipment or updating on existing automated machinery
- Testing of machine safety and related control systems
- Modifying machine control elements in safety, electrical design and communication protocols
- Creating and modifying automated software sequences
- Designing the controls, electrical and safety associated with the production facility
- Working together with installation teams/contractors to ensure installation of new assets are in and working on time

Skills Experience
- \n
- It’s expected that the successful individual will be educated to a suitable level, either degree qualified or to HNC level 4
- You must be able to show a good level of experience working successfully as a Controls and Automation Engineer
- Have a good understanding of Electrical, Automation and fluid power systems
- Comprehensive experience of working with Siemens S7 / Siemens Simatic manager
