Contingent Assets is looking for Controller with experience in construction. The ideal candidate has experience job costing, project accounting and helping a company scale for growth. Understanding how to work within a small company is a plus. 

• Controller Or Accounting Manager
• Create Internal Controls, KPI, Dash Boards
• Establish Month End Process
• Oversee All Accounting Activities - GAAP
• Ability Scale Growth
• WIP, Financial Reporting, Earned Revenue Reporting
• Construction, Job Costing, Percentage To Completion (Required)
• Multi-Entity or Multi-Location
• CPA ()
• ASC 606 ()
• Strong Financial Analysis, FP&A
• B.S. Accounting
• $130K - $150K
