Job DescriptionIDES is seeking a highly motivated control systems engineer with programming experience to join our manufacturing team. IDES is a licensed engineering firm providing engineering services in the following 9 core areas:\n

• Embedded Software Development

\n

• Product Development & Prototype Services

\n

Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the product

\n

• Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency

\n

• Work cross-functionally with different teams and organizations

\n

• Design automation machine components

\n

• Develop control systems

\n

• Develop PLC programs and embedded software

\n

• Develop and test complex algorithms

\n

• Deploy solutions and troubleshoot issues onsite

\n

Qualifications\n
\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.\n
\nAbility to read and understand designs and schematics\n
\nStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills\n
\nAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work\n
\nPreferences:\n
\nExperience with 2 or more of the following programming software:\n
