Want to play a lead role in developing cutting-edge, in-house automation technology that’s already making waves across the UK and Europe?\n\nWe’re a forward-thinking engineering team looking for a Lead Electrical Design & Controls Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of our next- production systems.\n\nYou’ll take ownership of all things electrical and control systems; from hardware design to PLC programming while helping to shape the future of sustainable, high-performance engineering.\n\nWorking in a forward thinking organisation, you will be offered a hybrid working model; 2 days in the Oxford office & 3 days from home.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\n * \n\n Lead electrical and control systems design for advanced in house machinery\n\n * \n\n Drive PLC strategy (Schneider) and support system performance at customer sites\n\n * \n\n Own electrical documentation, compliance, and system testing\n\n * \n\n Collaborate closely with a highly skilled, supportive team\n\n * \n\n Troubleshoot, innovate, and help bring new ideas to life\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\n\n * \n\n Electrical design experience (hardware, 2D layouts, compliance)\n\n * \n\n Strong PLC programming skills\n\n * \n\n Solid understanding of industrial protocols\n\n * \n\n A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
