Control Room Operator



Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12-hour shifts, 07:00-19:00 & 19:00-07:00)



Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):



* Managing controlled access via the Video Management platform (IMMIX).



* Monitoring electronic alarm signals.



* Providing a high standard of customer care through telephone services in line with security protocols.



* Preparing reports in a timely and professional manner.



* Liaising with emergency services when required.



Person Specification:



* Must hold a valid SIA CCTV License (Level 2 in CCTV Operations - PSS).



* UK Driving Licence.



* Must be 18 years of or older due to the nature of the role.



* Proven experience in a control room environment.



* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



* Self-motivated and able to use initiative
