Job Title: Contracts/Project Manager – Passive Fire Protection\nLocation: Bexley, London (Office-Based)\nSalary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)\nHours: Monday to Friday\nEmployment Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n\n About Us We are a well-established, family-run business specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of passive fire protection systems across the UK. With a strong reputation for quality and compliance, we work with clients in various sectors including social housing, commercial, and public buildings. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a dedicated Contracts/Project Manager to join our team at our Bexley office.\n\n The Role As a Contracts/Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple fire protection projects from inception to completion.

This includes ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and compliance. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to manage all contractual, operational, and logistical aspects of project delivery.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\nManage multiple passive fire protection projects across the UK\n\nOversee project planning, resource allocation, and timelines\n\nLiaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery\n\nEnsure all work complies with current fire safety regulations and industry standards\n\nConduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance\n\nPrepare and manage project documentation, reports, and handover packs\n\nResolve issues or delays proactively and professionally\n\nSupport the growth of the business through high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction\n\nRequirements:\nProven experience in a similar role within passive fire protection or a related sector (e.g. social housing, construction, or building safety)\n\nStrong understanding of fire protection systems, regulations, and compliance requirements\n\nExcellent project management, communication, and organisational skills\n\nFull, clean UK driving licence (essential)\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively\n\nA proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to be office-based\n\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary of £60,000 – £65,000 DOE\n\nFull-time, permanent position with job stability\n\nOpportunity for career progression within a growing business\n\nSupportive, family-run environment with a close-knit team\n\nInvolvement in meaningful projects that contribute to building safety nationwide\n\nTo apply, please send your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and availability
