Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple schemes and support the next phase of growth.\n\n This is an excellent opportunity for an established construction professional seeking long-term stability, career progression, and the opportunity to play a key role within a forward-thinking business.\n\n The Role\n The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential new build projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring all schemes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n You will work closely with operational, commercial, and technical teams while managing site management staff and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of each development.\n Key Responsibilities\n \nManaging multiple residential new build projects simultaneously \nOverseeing Site Managers and project delivery teams \nEnsuring projects are delivered on time and within budget \nMonitoring programme performance and resolving operational issues \nMaintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control \nManaging subcontractor performance and coordination \nReporting project progress to senior leadership \nBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships \nSupporting pre-construction planning and delivery strategy Requirements\n \nProven experience working for a main contractor or residential developer \nStrong background delivering residential new build projects \nPrevious experience operating as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager \nExcellent leadership and communication skills \nStrong programme and operational management ability \nCommercial awareness and understanding of project financials \nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and live sites simultaneously \nProfessional and proactive approach with a stable career history Package\n \nSalary of £80,000 \n25 days holiday plus bank holidays \n5% pension contribution \nLong-term career progression opportunities \nSecure pipeline of residential projects \nSupportive and collaborative working environment This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong reputation, consistent project flow, and ambitious growth plans
