Contracts Manager – Roofing & Cladding\nLocation: Birmingham\n\nSalary: £60,000 - £80,000 + package\nStart Date: Immediate for the right candidate\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in roofing, cladding, or building envelope projects to join a respected specialist contractor. This role offers the chance to lead the successful delivery of high-profile projects across commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare sectors.\n\nThe Role:\nAs Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee projects from tender through to handover, ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards. You will work closely with site teams, clients, and supply chain partners, providing leadership and driving excellence across all stages of delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Manage multiple projects simultaneously from contract award to completion\n\n * \n\n Oversee site managers, project teams, and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Ensure strict compliance with health & safety and quality procedures\n\n * \n\n Maintain client relationships and represent the company at progress meetings\n\n * \n\n Monitor costs, budgets, and programmes to achieve successful outcomes\n\n * \n\n Support with pre-construction planning and project handovers\n\nAbout the Company\nThis is a forward-thinking contractor with in-house design, planning, and fabrication facilities, enabling them to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
