The role & about the client:\n \nOn behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are recruiting for a Contracts Manager/ Project Manager for a small works construction company based in Portsmouth. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n \nManagement of site team and ensure effective management \nHealth and safety plans  \nMotivating and inspiring the team \nTo be familiar with background of working on the tools and have trades experience. \nTo be commercially aware as will be involved with pricing and confirming invoices.  \nLiaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained.  \nFollowing project through to final accounts \nExperience at managing multiple contracts and assist with any issues and general duties  \nCreating and management of program \nClient meetings and associated issues. The ideal candidate will have/be:\n \nProven experience as Contracts Manager/ Project Manager \nExperience of a trades background  \nTo be commercially aware \nExperience working with extensions and moderations.  \nDBS which can be completed in house \nExperience working with a small works company  \nRelevant tickets, SMSTS, DBS, First Aid essential and CSCS .    Please send an up- to-date CV in strict confidence. \n\nThe ITS Group is committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment.
