Location: Belvedere / North London / Home Counties
Salary: £60,000 + Company Car, Laptop & Phone

About the Role Our client, a respected Fire & Security contractor, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple Passive Fire Protection projects across London and the Home Counties, with typical project values ranging from £2–4 million.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware professional to join a growing business and take ownership of key projects within the fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation, containment, and social housing sectors.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple PFP projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
\n - Oversee both direct labour teams and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
\n - Ensure compliance with all fire safety regulations and company procedures.
\n - Maintain strong commercial awareness—monitoring budgets, costs, and project profitability.
\n - Act as the key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
\n - Produce and manage project documentation, programmes, and progress reports.

Requirements
- \n
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the fire protection, construction, or fire & security industries.
\n - Strong understanding of fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation, and containment.
\n - Experience managing large-scale projects (£2–4 million).
\n - Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
\n - Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets and contractual obligations.
\n - Full UK driving licence.
