This is an opportunity to join a stable, well-invested business offering quarterly bonuses and clear long-term progression.\n\nThe role\n\nWorking closely with sales, production, and engineering, you will manage projects from order through to delivery—ensuring customer expectations are met while maintaining margins and delivery performance.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * Managing contracts post-order from initiation through to completion\n\n * Reviewing project scope, identifying risks, and planning mitigations\n\n * Coordinating with internal teams to agree delivery programmes\n\n * Monitoring contract performance and providing regular updates\n\n * Managing documentation, drawings, and project information\n\n * Supporting customer meetings and site visits where required\n\n * Maintaining and maximising project margins\n\nWhat they’re looking for\n\n * Experience in a contracts, projects, or order fulfilment role within manufacturing\n\n * Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills\n\n * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities\n\n * Confident problem-solving and communication skills\n\n * Good attention to detail and systems experience\n\nWhat’s on offer\n\n * Circa £42,000 salary\n\n * Quarterly profit-related bonus\n\n * 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * Pension, healthcare and wellbeing support\n\n * On-site parking + EV scheme\n\nThis is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to step into a growing business, take ownership of projects, and be financially rewarded for performance
