Job Title-Contracts Manager\n\nLocation- Leeds (Yorkshire travel)\n\nSalary- £55,000-£60,000\n\nAre you a contracts manager with a track record of delivering planned social housing projects?\n\nAre you looking to be involved in an exciting long term project and have a real impact in shaping a new regional team?\n\nWe are working with an established housing partnership that have live and upcoming projects across West and South Yorkshire.\n\nThey are looking for a contracts manager to work closely with the operational team to deliver these projects to the highest quality, cementing their growing regional reputation\n\nAs contracts manager, you will;\n\nOversee multiple planned works projects including kitchens, bathrooms, windows and retrofit\nBuild and maintain positive client relationships, being regularly present on site\nManage KPI's and performance of labour and subcontractors\nSupport the operations manager with progress reports, RAMS, and commercial performanceAs contracts manager, it is required that you;\n\nCan demonstrate the ability to deliver planned social housing contracts of varying scope\nHave excellent client communication and can effectively build strong relationships\nHave up to date knowledge of health and safety/compliance regulations\nFull clean UK licenceAs contracts manager, you will receive;\n\nCompetitive starting salary based on experience\nCar allowance\n25 days holiday plus bank holidays\nPension\nThe opportunity to be an integral part of a new regionIf you're looking for your next challenge and want to play a leading role in the growth of a new regional team, then we'd love to hear from you
