Contracts Manager – Civils (Roads, Sewers, Infrastructure)



Up to £80,000 + Car or Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

We’re working with a well-established civil engineering contractor with an excellent reputation across the North of England, delivering high-quality roads, sewers, and infrastructure projects.



They’re now looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to join their growing team someone civils through and through, with a strong technical understanding and a hands-on approach to leadership.



This role has become available due to an upcoming retirement, making it an ideal opportunity for someone seeking stability, long-term progression, and a company that truly values its people.



The business is open on experience level  they’re happy to mould and support the right individual, whether that’s an established Contracts Manager or a Senior Site Manager ready to step up. What matters most is attitude, commitment, and a desire to deliver quality work.



The Role:



Oversee multiple civils projects including roads, sewers, and infrastructure works



Manage project delivery, safety, and programme performance



Lead and support site teams, typically up to [insert number] personnel



Report into a senior leadership team of three experienced managers



Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes
