Contracts Manager – Fire Doors London (mobile across sites)\n £55,000 – £65,000 per annum\n Full-Time | Permanent\n\n The Role CBW are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager (Fire Doors) to oversee the delivery of multiple fire door projects across London.\n\n You will be responsible for managing project contracts, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring operational delivery meets quality, safety, and compliance standards. The role will also involve building and leading a team of supervisors and operatives, while acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.\n\n This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in fire doors to take full ownership of projects and help drive long-term success.\n\n Key Responsibilities\nAct as the primary contact for clients, site teams, and Commercial/Account Managers.\n\nPlan projects in detail, ensuring clear programmes for site teams to deliver effectively.\n\nOversee procurement and reconciliation of materials in line with company procedures.\n\nLead pre-start meetings, tender handovers, and site progress reviews.\n\nProduce and analyse progress reports, budgets, forecasts, and timescales.\n\nDraft, review, and negotiate business contracts.\n\nEnsure effective commercial engagement of subcontractors.\n\nMonitor risk management processes and ensure appropriate controls are in place.\n\nLiaise with manufacturers to ensure suitable installation details are provided.\n\nBuild, develop, and lead a capable project delivery team.\n\nEnsure all work meets agreed technical and safety standards.\n\nClient Relations\nBuild and maintain strong client and external stakeholder relationships.\n\nChair and lead client meetings, reporting on progress and project performance.\n\nEnsure works are delivered to minimise disruption and community impact.\n\nAbout You\nProven experience in Contracts Management within the fire doors / fire protection industry is essential.\n\nStrong commercial and contractual knowledge.\n\nTrack record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nExcellent planning, organisational, and leadership skills.\n\nAbility to work under pressure, prioritise, and meet deadlines.\n\nStrong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance requirements.\n\nPackage & Benefits\nSalary: £55,000 – £65,000 DOE\n\n33 days’ holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)\n\nDiscretionary bonus scheme\n\nCareer development opportunities\n\nPrivate Healthcare (including Dental, Optical, Audiological, Mental Health)\n\nCycle to Work Scheme\n\nGroup Life Assurance\n\nConfidential Employee Assistance Programme\n\nWellbeing Day (Company “Day Off”)\n\nApply Today If you are an experienced Contracts Manager with proven expertise in fire doors, this role offers a fantastic package, career development opportunities, and the chance to lead high-profile projects across London
