Contracts Manager - Facade
Job Description
Main tasks:\n\n * LMA: Lead, Manage and Coach the Project Managers and Site Managers. Drive accountability.\n\n * Attend bi-weekly PRMs (Project Review Meetings) with the Contracts Managers and Leadership Team.\n\n * Labour and Resource allocation.\n\n * Manage multiple project budgets.\n\n * Manage multiple project programmes.\n\n * Support Contracts Managers in decision making and advice.\n\n * Oversee scope changes and variations on multiple projects.\n\n * Plan Risk Management strategies for all projects and ensure risks are mitigated.\n\n * Managing and allocating Celoxis tasks to Contracts Managers.\n\n * Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys.\n\n * Ensure contractual compliance is met on all projects.\n\nKey Performance Indicators:\n\nThese will include, but will not be limited to:\n\n * GP £ and % of all assigned external projects.\n\n * Accountability from point of handover. All aspects of Design, procurement, production and operations are lead and managed by this individual\n\n * HSQE compliance from end to end process\n\n * Compliance to Maple Gateway processes\n\n * Maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships
