Job description\n\nJob Title: Contracts Manager\n\nLocation: London, all over South\n\nStart Date: 10/10/2025 (Flexible)\n\nProjects: Leisure & Hospitality fast-track fit outs\n\nSalary: £65k - £80k plus package\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee multiple fast-track fit-out projects simultaneously from pre-construction through to handover\nManage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability\nProgramme works and monitor progress to deliver projects on time and within scope\nCoordinate and lead project teams, site managers, and subcontractors across multiple locations\nEnsure compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as main point of contact throughout projects\nAttend client meetings, progress reviews, and provide regular project updates\nResolve technical and contractual issues quickly to avoid delays\nProcure materials, labour, and specialist trades within tight timescales\nDrive quality standards across all projects to meet client expectations\nSupport bids, tenders, and estimating for upcoming leisure & hospitality schemes\n\nContacts to Apply:\n\nSam Jones - Senior Consultant: - (phone number removed)
