Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of essential electrical and building safety works across our homes and neighbourhoods.\n\nIn this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the successful delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance, compliance servicing, and capital upgrade projects across a variety of electrical disciplines. You’ll oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.
You’ll also play a key role in delivering Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) remedial works, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
