Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor with a diverse portfolio of projects and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.\n\nProject Portfolio\n\nProjects typically include:\n\nEducation facilities and school extensions\nHealthcare and medical refurbishments\nCommercial office developments and fit-outs\nIndustrial and warehouse schemes\nResidential and mixed-use developments\nHeritage and listed building refurbishments\nPublic sector and local authority projects\nNew-build and refurbishment contracts ranging from £500k to £10m+The Role\n\nReporting directly to the Construction Director, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.\nManage project programmes, budgets, and commercial performance.\nLead and support Site Managers and project delivery teams.\nMaintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.\nEnsure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.\nMonitor project progress and proactively manage risks and challenges.\nChair progress meetings and provide regular reports to senior management.\nDrive quality standards and client satisfaction across all projects.Candidate Requirements\n\nProven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.\nTrack record of delivering new-build and refurbishment projects.\nStrong commercial and contractual awareness.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nSMSTS, CSCS and relevant construction qualifications .\nFull UK driving licence.Package\n\nCompetitive salary dependent on experience.\nCompany vehicle or car allowance.\nPension scheme.\nOngoing professional development and training.\nClear progression opportunities within a growing business.\nLong-term pipeline of secured projects across East Anglia.All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.\n\nDavid @PPM Recruitment on (phone number removed)
