IMMEDIATE START!\n\nContracts Manager Wanted!\n\nOur client is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team on a 3 - 6 month Contract. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the effective and efficient delivery of our client's contract, taking full responsibility for all personnel working on that contract. The Contracts Manager must have proven experience specifically in either Mechanical or Electrical projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities for the Contracts Manager: \n\nLead and motivate project teams ensuring that policies and procedures are consistently applied throughout each area.\nEnsure that all work is compliance in line with contractual obligations, industry, and the company's high standards.\nEnsure that client updates and communication are timely and accurate, and that accounting is transparent throughout the contract.\nConduct and attend client meetings and interviews and operational plans.\nEstablish strong networks both internal and external.\nEnsure that the activities and contractors on site are monitored and that all jobs are completed safely in a timely manner.\nAct as a first point of contact in the event of an emergency to ensure safely of staff and/or mitigate potential damage to premises.Skills Required for the Contracts Manager: \n\nHave strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities.\nPrevious experience of working on NEC 3-4 contracts\nPrevious experience of working on healthcare project delivery from contract management perspective\nRecognised Building Services Qualification - ONC / HNC in Building services Engineering\nStrong experience of programme / contract management\nStrong mechanical & electrical systems background to ensure full understanding of systems for installation on designated project.
