What You’ll Be Doing

Running multiple fit out projects from start to finish, making sure they hit programme, budget, and quality targets.

Leading site and project teams, motivating everyone to deliver their best.

Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.

Spotting challenges early and finding smart solutions to keep things moving.

Championing health & safety across all projects.



What We’re Looking For

A proven track record in retail fit out, ideally with food retail or framework experience.

Someone who’s confident leading teams and juggling multiple projects.



*



Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contracts and procurement.

Excellent communicator with a can-do attitude.



*



Flexibility to travel between sites.
