Contracts Manager (Industrial & L&D sectors)\nNorthampton \nUpto £95,000 plus package \n\nDo you have experience of /overseeing/managing New Build Industrial/Warehouse projects of significant value as a Contracts Manager. If so, our client is keen to talk to you!!\n\nOur client has a number of projects on site in the Greater Midlands and along the M1 corridor. Their current live projects are predominantly within the Industrial sector and ranged in value from £5m to £15m.\nYou will work closely with the Construction Director and have oversee 2-3 schemes at any one time, having management responsibly for all site based Project Managers.\n\nThe Candidate (Contracts Manager):\nAs a Contracts Manager you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness.

Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as a Project Manager. \n\nYou will require the following:\n•\tPrevious Industrial/Warehouse sector experience is essential.\n•\tA working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (Preferable)\n•\tSMSTS\n•\tFirst Aid\n•\tA full UK driving license\n\nThe Package:\n•\tSalary: Up to £95,000 dependent on experience and subject to review after probation period\n•\tCompany Car / Allowance\n•\tWorkplace Pension\n•\tBonus \n\nIf you are interested please apply with your most up to date CV, or contact Hardev Singh in the Birmingham Office
