Upto £95,000 plus package



Do you have experience of /overseeing/managing New Build Industrial/Warehouse projects of significant value as a Contracts Manager. If so, our client is keen to talk to you!!



Our client has a number of projects on site in the Greater Midlands and along the M1 corridor. Their current live projects are predominantly within the Industrial sector and ranged in value from £5m to £15m.

You will work closely with the Construction Director and have oversee 2-3 schemes at any one time, having management responsibly for all site based Project Managers.



The Candidate (Contracts Manager):

As a Contracts Manager you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as a Project Manager.



You will require the following:

• Previous Industrial/Warehouse sector experience is essential.

• A working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (Preferable)

• SMSTS

• First Aid

• A full UK driving license



The Package:

• Salary: Up to £95,000 dependent on experience and subject to review after probation period

• Company Car / Allowance
