Contracts Manager – Landscaping Division (Kent-based)



Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits

Location: Kent & surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent



We are seeking a proactive Landscaping Contracts Manager for a growing external works contractor delivering high-quality landscaping packages on residential developments across Kent and the South East.



The Role



*



Oversee soft landscaping and turfing works on new-build housing developments



*



Coordinate site teams, schedules, materials, and client expectations



*



Maintain health & safety standards and quality control across multiple sites



*



Provide regular progress updates and attend site/client meetings



*



Mobile/home-based with 1 office day per week in Essex



Requirements



*



Experience managing landscaping or external works for new-build housing sites



*



Excellent site coordination and client liaison skills



*



Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality



*



Full UK driving licence



*



Based in Kent or within reasonable travel distance
