Job Title: Contracts Manager



Location: England, Yorkshire and the Humber, South Yorkshire



Job Type: Contract, Full-Time Monday to Friday



Primary Industry: Construction, New Build Housing, House Building



Salary: £300 - £330 Per day



Company Branding: A 5 star housing developer



Job Duties:



Overseeing 2-4 live construction sites

Managing Site teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

Reviewing and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Reporting progress to senior management

Required Qualifications:



SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

First Aid certification

NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management

Valid driving licence

Experience:



Minimum of 2 years' experience in Contracts Management within the construction industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

Site Management background with housing developer(s)

Knowledge and Skills:



Expertise in new build housing projects

Strong understanding of contracts management processes

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to lead and motivate site teams

Working Conditions:



Expected to work on-site at construction locations in South Yorkshire

Full-time hours
