Job Title: Contracts Manager - Working for a Drylining & Plastering Subcontractor\n\nLocation: Liverpool\n\nSalary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Package\n\nRole Overview:\n\nWe're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in Drylining, Plastering, and SFS systems to join our team.\n\nThis role will focus on overseeing and managing projects across the North West, with the majority of work being office-based. On-site presence will be minimal, allowing you to focus on contract oversight, coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nSMSTS or SSSTS certification ( but not always essential).\nA commercial background is needed\nStrong organisational and time management skills.\nExcellent communication and negotiation abilities.\nProficiency in project management tools (Excel, MS Project, etc.).\nCSCS Card (Manager level ).Day-to-Day Responsibilities:\n\nOversee and coordinate drylining projects (multiple at once if needed).\nLiaise with clients, main contractors, and site teams.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards\nReview and manage contracts, track variations, and handle interim/final account settlements.\nMonitor progress, workforce, and material delivery in collaboration with site teams. \n\nContacts to Apply:\n Joe McDonnell - Recruitment Consultant - UK Drylining, Suspended Ceilings & Fire Stopping: (phone number removed)
