Brief Overview\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a fantastic Industrial Roofing & Cladding specialist sub-contractor\n\nPackage     \n\n£60k to £70k\n\nAbout our Client\n\nMy client is a industrial roofing & cladding specialist sub-contractor who works refurb  market. They work on projects up to £1million in value. They have an excellent reputation within this sector and are actively looking for a Planner to join their team.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n \nAble to produce and update weekly progress programmes and site records\n\nInspecting works for quality compliance and issuing inspection test QA reports to clients.\n\nScheduling materials and labour to site, setting tasks to achieve short and long term project targets.\n\nForecasting and reporting on task durations, managing sequencing of works and managing track changes to programme.\n\nInternal progress reporting, attending site meetings and ensuring compliance of health and safety policy.\n\nPresenting safety induction for all new personnel and visitors,\n\nMonitor and control of subcontract operations & staff to ensure works are carried out in line with specification and programme\n\nEnsuring health and safety standards are met by closely monitoring against method statements and risk assessments.\n\nDeveloping coordination between trade contractors, through daily meetings with trade supervisors.\n\nSeek and communicate information from consultant engineers and architects to trade package managers.\n\nConduct meetings to plan and ensure project targets are met and construction issues are resolved to enable productivity ahead of programme.\n\nAbout the Candidate     \n\nAble to work well with others\n\nMust come from an Industrial Roofing & Cladding\n\nCan ideally Estimate as well.\n\nAnalytical thinking skills\n \nExcellent verbal communication skills    \nPersistence and determination\n\nAmbition and a desire to succeed\n\nPoints of Appeal \n\nGreat company to work for\nProgression within the company\nInteresting projects
