Contracts Manager

One of the largest Perimeter Security Total Solutions Provider. They are experts in the field of manufacturing, supplying & installing security fencing systems throughout the UK.



About the Role:



Oversee both directly employed and external subcontract teams

Ensuring work is installed safely, on time, within budget whilst maintaining exceptional standards

Working closely with the Senior Contracts Manager to run projects effectively

Managing projects ranging from £5k through to £1 million +About the Candidate:



Previous experience working within construction

Knowledge of Security Fencing/Gates, CSCS/SMSTS would be an advantage

Minimum of 5 year’s Contracts Management experience preferably within the fencing industry

Experienced in effectively leading teams

Effective influencing, negotiating skills

Estimating to effectively capture all variations

Knowledge managing project, with a strong commercial acumen

Accurate forecasting

Excellent organisational skills

Communication skills & leadership

Excellent problem-solving abilities
