Summary:



As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clean water mains replacement projects, ensuring their successful delivery from design through to construction, commissioning, and handover. You will manage programme, budget, contract, and commercial accountabilities while providing leadership and guidance to project teams. This role requires close collaboration with the Civils, MEICA, and commercial teams to meet project requirements in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. You will act as a key link within the project team, focused on achieving project success and performance to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include driving value and contribution at all levels, supporting Project Managers, Project Engineers, and the commercial team to ensure project success, business goals, and client deadlines are met.

Certifications & Standards:

CSCS Managers Card

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

NEBOSH Construction Certificate

Familiarity with NEC contract standards
