Their teams deliver complex, high-value packages for Tier 1 contractors across various sectors. Now, due to sustained growth, we're on the hunt for a Contracts Manager who thrives on challenge, leads from the front, and demands excellence.



THE ROLE:

Take full control of multiple live sites across Durham or Harrogate



*



Lead site teams, foremen, and engineers to deliver projects on time and under budget



*



Oversee all commercial, technical, and safety aspects from pre-start to handover



*



Build tight relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams



*



Drive progress, problem-solve fast, and never settle for second-best

Proven experience managing groundworks & civils contracts

Top-tier leadership skills with a hands-on attitude

Sharp commercial awareness and solid contractual understanding

Strong background in CDM, H&S, and programme delivery

Based in or willing to cover Durham or Harrogate
